Projeckktor not playing in IE7 and IE8 (Projekktor Core)

I've just visted the projeckktor homepage in both IE7 and IE8 and tried to play the video. Once I click play the image disappears and the video area turns black and it logs the following JS error.

SCRIPT87: Invalid argument.
jquery.min.js, line 116 character 165

I've tried downloading project to run it locally and I'm hitting the same issue. Is this a know problem? Can anyone help correct this issue?
