Seeking in video files not working (Projekktor Core)

I've been having the same issue. Is there maybe a setting somewhere that needs to be turned on? The pseudo-streaming works when I load the video directly in the browser, but it's showing the same behavior as enzo's v1.16 example (my copy of projekktor says 1.0.19r61)
